SHIPPING DETAILS
Shipping is free for prescriptions in Ontario. We can ship anywhere in Ontario using Canada Post. We offer free delivery in London through our delivery team.

Packages without prescriptions do not require a signature. Packages that contain prescription medication require a signature to validate the receipt of the medication in Ontario.
NARCOTICS AND CONTROLLED MEDICATION
If you are located outside London, prescriptions for Narcotic and Controlled drugs must be shipped to a Canada Post Depot. They will be available here for pickup. The recipient or an approved individual must present a government-issued photo ID and sign for the package. If you are unable to pickup your medication, please let us know the name of any family member or friend who can act as the medication recipient on your behalf. Please let us know ahead of time because we are required to include their name on your package.

If you live in London, then our delivery team can deliver your medication directly to your home. A signature is still required for Narcotic and Controlled medications.
FREQUENCY OF PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY?
The frequency of medication delivery depends on your preference and schedule. We will work with you to determine a delivery schedule that works best with you.
WHAT PLANS DO WE BILL?
We bill provincial plans (ODB Seniors Plan, OHIP+, Trillium, OW, ODSP) and private plans (Manulife, SunLife, Green Shield and more). If you have more than one insurance, we can coordinate your direct bill plans based on plan policies. Please contact us at 519-439-8411 for further plan coverage information.

DISPENSING FEES AND CO-PAYS
Here at Chapman's Pharmacy, we go above and beyond chain store pharmacies and offer extra services for all our patients. We are committed to helping our patients save on their prescriptions and health products. Join us today to help you get more for your money!
The dispensing fee helps cover the costs of our pharmacy operations. These include: professional consultation, shipping fees, new technologies and services (Video chat, PharmaConnect, Kroll), as well as materials required to fill your prescriptions.
A co-pay is an amount of money that your insurance provider expects you to pay for each prescription. At Chapmans Pharmacy, we waive the co-pay for all senior patients.
